The
path to the Pool
Only recently built (2004), the pool is
set in a clearing surrounded by trees and
with the River Nestore splashing past a few
metres away. The wide steps down into the
shallow end make it perfect for young children
and the diving board at the deep end caters
for the more energetic. At 12m by 6m the pool
is large enough for serious swimmers. A state-of-the
art filtration system keeps the water sparkling
clear and, as a safety feature, the pool has
an electrically operated cover.
The rustling trees
and large umbrellas provide shady areas
throughout the day. There are plenty of
sun loungers for those that want to top
up their tans or just doze.
